Little Tang Soo Do Tiger 4 to 7 year olds
Our Little Tiger program is one of our most successful programs and we have spent the past ten years developing and refining this program. Students develop the confidence they need to meet the challenges of kindergarten and elementary school. They learn the importance of keeping their eyes on their teachers and therefore become superior listeners. They learn how to channel their high levels of energy in a positive way and how to use self-control when it is appropriate in classroom settings.
We realize that children this age have specific characteristics which differ from children younger and older than they are. They are sharper and more focused than children 3 and under, however, they are still not quite ready to face the same challenges presented to children 8 to 12 years of age. Classes are taught using safe, fun, and exciting drills and exercises and our world class instructors are experts at keeping this group interested and engaged during class.
Children in our Champions program can expect the following:
- Increased self-confidence and leadership skills,
- Better discipline and self control,
- Respect and courtesy through our traditional martial protocols such as bowing, addressing instructors as “Yes ma'am” and "Yes sir,"
- Improved focus and listening skills,
- Balance and coordination,
- Social and teamwork skills, and
- Fun!
